University of Cincinnati basketball fans will have several new concessions options available for the 2018-2019 college basketball season. As part of the school’s $87 million renovation of Fifth Third Arena, new food will be introduced in partnership with UC concessions partner Aramark.

“Improving the game-day experience for our phenomenal fans is always paramount on our list of improvements” said Mike Bohn, UC’s athletic director. “We will continue to look for additional Cincinnati favorites to join our roster of options available in the new arena.”

Starting next month two new bars will be featured in the arena. First, the Armory Bar on the main concourse will be themed to honor the Armory Fieldhouse, Cincinnati’s home arena from 1954-1976. In addition, on the new upper concourse Queen City Bar will feature drinks from local breweries Braxton, MadTree, and Rhinegeist.

Other new options include Frisch’s Big Boy burgers, fries, and chicken tenders, which will be available in sections 118 and 119, while Skyline Chili will be offering coney dogs and kids’ meals at three separate Skyline locations. Taste of Belgium, located in section 113, will offer chicken and waffles and pretzels with beer cheese for fans as well. In addition, local favorite Buffalo Wings & Rings will set up shop in section 203 alongside a Skyline location as part of the new upper concourse. Also, fans who have access to the arena’s Champions Club will be able to savor local favorites Graeter’s, Montgomery Inn and Servatii.
