A Guide To Early Season College Baseball Tournaments

It is early February and still cold throughout many parts of the country; however, college baseball teams are gearing up for their season’s to begin this Friday. Increasing in popularity in recent years are early season tournaments that bring together four or more teams, normally in a round-robin type format. The venues of these tournaments range from Major League parks, Minor League parks, to on-campus stadiums. If you are a baseball fan, these tournaments make a great weekend “Stadium Journey”. Here are a few of the major tournaments that will undoubtedly be making headlines in the college baseball world over the next few weeks.

 

Frisco College Baseball Classic

March 1-3, 2019

Shriners Hospitals for Children Classic

March 1-3, 2019

Angels College Classic

Tony Gwynn Legacy Tournament

February 22-24, 2019

Seattle Baseball Showcase
