Dodger Stadium is the third oldest yard behind only Fenway Park and Wrigley Field.

When you introduce a new design element into your ballpark and no one copies it, does that mean it’s a failure? Huntington Park has many elements that you won’t find anywhere else in the minor leagues, and while you may debate their effectiveness, there’s no denying that this is a quality minor league facility.

Even if you consider their sellout streak to be over, support for the Dragons in Dayton remains strong. Often cited as an example of a ballpark that spurred economic growth in an urban neighborhood, Day Air Park continues to be the center of activity in downtown Dayton. Recent and planned improvements will ensure the ballpark’s viability for another quarter century and beyond.
